Your satisfaction matters to us. This Refund Policy sets out clearly when refunds are and are not available for our digital Notion templates and operating systems (the “Products”). Because Products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned like physical goods, we ask that you review this policy and each product description carefully before purchasing.
1. Our general approach
- Products are digital goods delivered immediately, so purchases are generally final and non-refundable.
- We nevertheless assess every request individually and in good faith.
- Where a Product is genuinely faulty or you were charged in error, we will make it right promptly.
- Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
2. Refunds we typically approve
We will ordinarily provide a refund, replacement, or repair where:
- The Product is faulty or inaccessible — the duplicate link or download does not work and we are unable to resolve it for you;
- Duplicate or erroneous charge — you were billed more than once, or in error, for the same Product;
- Material misdescription — the Product differs substantially from its published description;
- Incorrect purchase — you bought the wrong item and have not yet duplicated or downloaded it.
3. Refunds we generally cannot approve
Because you receive instant, permanent access to a digital file, we are usually unable to refund where:
- You changed your mind after receiving and duplicating or downloading the Product;
- You no longer need the Product, or purchased it in error after accessing it;
- You require more time or setup assistance — we are glad to help; please contact us before requesting a refund;
- You expected functionality that was not described on the product page;
- You expected a Product to unlock Notion’s own paid features (a template does not change your Notion plan).
4. How to request a refund
- Email mail@notiondone.com within 14 days of purchase.
- Include your order or receipt number, the Product name, and the email address used at checkout.
- Describe the issue briefly; for access or display problems, a screenshot helps us resolve it faster.
We aim to acknowledge requests within 2–3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method; the time to appear on your statement depends on your bank or provider.
5. Purchases via Marketplaces
If you purchased through Gumroad, Etsy, or the Notion Marketplace, that platform’s refund rules also apply and refunds may need to be requested directly through it. We are happy to coordinate wherever possible.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we can almost always resolve issues quickly and fairly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in access to the Product being suspended while the dispute is investigated.
