This License Agreement (the “License”) sets out the rights and restrictions that apply to any Notion template or operating system (the “Product”) purchased from Notion Done. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service. By purchasing or using a Product, you agree to this License.
1. What you are purchasing
A purchase does not transfer ownership of the Product. You acquire a license to use it. Notion Done retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Product, including its structure, databases, formulas, layout, written content, and design.
2. Grant of license
Subject to your compliance with this License and our Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, worldwide license to use the Product, including:
- Lifetime access to the version you purchased;
- Complimentary updates to that Product when released;
- The right to duplicate the Product into your own Notion workspace and use it for as long as you maintain your Notion account.
3. Permitted use
- ✅ Use the Product for your own personal or internal business purposes.
- ✅ Customize it freely — rename pages, modify databases, add or remove properties, adjust colors and icons, and adapt it to your workflow.
- ✅ Use it across your own devices and workspaces.
- ✅ Use it to organize work for your clients or your own company, provided you do not distribute the Product itself as a deliverable or product.
4. Restrictions
- ❌ Resell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the Product or any part of it, whether for payment or free of charge.
- ❌ Share your duplicate link, download file, or purchase with any third party.
- ❌ Publish the Product, or a derivative or lightly modified version, as your own template on any marketplace, website, or social platform.
- ❌ Include the Product in a bundle, course, membership, or service that you sell or distribute.
- ❌ Claim authorship or ownership of the Product or its design.
- ❌ Use our brand, screenshots, or written content to promote or sell your own products.
5. Team and commercial licenses
A standard license covers a single user. If you wish to deploy a Product across a team, or require extended commercial rights, please contact mail@notiondone.com to arrange an appropriate team or extended license.
6. Updates
When we enhance a Product you have purchased, you may access the updated version at no additional cost. Updates are optional: your existing copy continues to function, and you decide whether to adopt a newer version.
7. Term and termination
This License remains in effect for as long as you comply with it. It terminates automatically if you breach any of its terms — for example, by reselling or sharing the Product — upon which you must cease all use and delete all copies. Serious or repeated breaches may result in further action to protect our rights.

Products are provided “as is” for productivity purposes. They are organizational tools and do not constitute professional, legal, financial, tax, or medical advice, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.
