It is a one-time payment. You pay once, receive lifetime access to that template, and get free updates — with no recurring fees or hidden costs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major payment methods through our secure checkout and through trusted marketplaces such as Gumroad, Etsy, and the Notion Marketplace. The available options are displayed at checkout.
Do I need a paid Notion account to use a template?
No. Our templates work on Notion’s free plan for most personal use. A paid Notion plan is only required for Notion’s own advanced features (such as unlimited file uploads or large teamspaces) — not to use the template itself.

Delivery and access
How do I receive the template after buying?
Instantly. Immediately after payment you receive a Notion duplicate link on the confirmation page and by email. Open it, and the template copies into your workspace.
How do I duplicate a Notion template into my workspace?
Open the duplicate link while signed in to Notion, then click “Duplicate” in the top-right corner. Select the destination workspace, and the template is added instantly.
I didn’t receive my template — what should I do?
First, check your spam and promotions folders and confirm the email address used at checkout. If it is still missing, email mail@notiondone.com with your order number and we will restore access promptly.
Can I use the template on mobile and desktop?
Yes. Notion runs on the web, desktop (Windows and macOS), and mobile (iOS and Android). Your template syncs seamlessly across all of your devices.
Do I keep access forever?
Yes. Once duplicated, the template is yours to keep for life and remains in your workspace for as long as you maintain your Notion account.
Using and customizing your template
Can I customize the template?
Absolutely. You can rename pages, edit databases, add or remove properties, change colors and icons, and reshape the entire system around your workflow. Every element is fully editable.
Will using a template affect my existing Notion data?
No. A duplicated template is added as new pages in your workspace and does not alter or remove any of your existing content.
Do I get free updates?
Yes. When we improve a template you own, you can access the updated version at no cost. Updates are optional — your current copy continues to work exactly as before.
Can I share the template with my team or family?
A standard purchase is a single-user license. You may invite others to collaborate within your own workspace, but you may not share the duplicate link or resell the template. For multiple seats, contact us about a team license.

Refunds and support
Can I get a refund?
Because templates are digital goods delivered instantly, sales are generally final. We do provide refunds in specific cases — such as a broken link or a duplicate charge. Please see our Refund Policy and always contact us first so we can help resolve the issue.
