These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“you,” “your”) and Notion Done (“Notion Done,” “we,” “us,” “our”) and govern your access to and use of notiondone.com (the “Website”) and your purchase and use of our digital Notion templates and operating systems (the “Products”). Please read them carefully. By accessing the Website or purchasing a Product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or purchase our Products.

Notion Done is an independent studio that designs premium Notion templates and operating systems. You can reach us at any time at mail@notiondone.com. “Notion” is a trademark of its respective owner; Notion Done is an independent creator and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Notion.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. By purchasing, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete, and that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access links or credentials associated with your purchase.

4. The Products

Our Products are digital goods delivered as a Notion duplicate link and/or downloadable file. They are provided for productivity and organizational use.

• Product descriptions, screenshots, and demonstrations are provided in good faith and are illustrative only; the exact appearance may vary depending on your Notion plan, device, and settings.
• We continually refine our catalogue and may add, update, rename, or discontinue any Product at our discretion.
• Products are tools only and do not constitute professional, legal, financial, tax, or medical advice.

5. Orders, pricing, and payment

• All prices are stated in the currency displayed at checkout and are subject to change at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already completed.
• Payments are processed by reputable third-party providers and Marketplaces. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
• Your contract of sale is formed once payment is authorized and access to the Product is issued to you.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes, VAT, duties, or levies not collected automatically at checkout.

6. Delivery and access

Products are delivered digitally and immediately upon successful payment, typically via a duplicate link and/or download presented on the confirmation page and sent by email. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and for checking spam or promotional folders. If you do not receive access within a reasonable period, contact mail@notiondone.com and we will promptly assist.

7. License and permitted use

Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product, subject to our License Agreement, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary, you may use and customize a Product for your own personal or internal business purposes, but you may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share it. Any use outside the License is a breach of these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

The Website and all Products — including their structure, databases, formulas, layouts, written content, graphics, and branding — are owned by Notion Done or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. No ownership is transferred by a purchase; you receive only the License described above. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

9. Refunds

As our Products are digital goods delivered instantly, refunds are limited and governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable statutory consumer rights that may apply to you.

10. Third-party platforms

Purchases made through Marketplaces are additionally subject to the terms, policies, and refund procedures of those platforms. Use of the Products requires Notion, which is governed by Notion’s own terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party platforms.

You agree not to:

• Copy, resell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute any Product or portion thereof, whether for payment or free of charge;
• Share duplicate links, download files, or purchase access with any third party;
• Present our Products, or derivative versions of them, as your own work or product;
• Use the Website or Products unlawfully, or attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, probe, or gain unauthorized access to our systems or accounts.

12. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website and Products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that a Product will meet your specific requirements or achieve any particular result.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Notion Done and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Website or Products. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Notion Done from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Website or Products.

15. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website or a Product if you breach these Terms. Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version, and material changes will be highlighted where appropriate. Your continued use of the Website or Products after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing law and disputes
